Withdrawal period: The treated animals must not be sacrificed for human consumption before 10 days after the treatment has finished.
Indications: In pigs for the treatment and control of infections caused by: E.coli, Pasteurella s.p., Actinobacilus pleuropneumoniae, Bordetella bronchiseptica. Actinobacillus s.p., Corynebacterium sp., Shigella sp., Klebsiella sp., Staphylococcus sp., And Streptococcus sp., sensitive to trimethoprim, it is recommended in Colibacillosis, Pneumonias, Atroca rhinitis.
Dosage and application: Pigs: 10 – 15 mg of Trimethoprim / Kg for 5 – 7 days. Other dosages under veterinary advice.
